IssuWorks believes that access to capital for scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs is the fuel that will drive world transformation (see TEDx Times Square video).   However, highly efficient market structures have caused a shrinkage in Wall Street’s distribution and marketing machine which has undermined access to capital on the scale needed to fuel economic growth.   Enter IssuWorks.

 

IssuWorks Inc. is hiring for an entry level, full time sales & marketing s position. We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, intelligent, personable, capable and problem-solving individual able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.   The Associate will be a key member of a small, experienced team building a part start-up equity capital markets and technology innovation company.  This is a unique opportunity to work with Wall Street luminaries widely known for their impact on historic legislation that is changing the US private and public stock markets, creating crowd funding and influencing the new paradigm of "emerging growth company". 

 

All Candidates: 

 

• Must possess marketing and sales skill

• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Must demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and work independently

• Must have strong knowledge and application of software packages such as Excel  and PowerPoint  

• Are expected to be available via email in evenings and on weekends to respond to potential client and customer inquiries

• Are expected to study for and sit for FINRA Series 7 & 63 exams (basic securities industry licenses – we will provide study materials) during the first three to six months of work at which point employment will be made permanent.
