IssuWorks contacts investors with opportunities that are based on historical investment patterns (or stated preferences). These opportunities may include viewing a non-deal or deal roadshow, an introductory conference call with management, or a meeting with management. We may also offer opportunities to participate in securities offerings. Importantly, because IssuWorks does not take commissions or trade for its own account.

  • IssuWorks will not trade against you (we don’t have trading).

  • IssuWorks will not leak your feedback to us to other institutional investors (we don’t have commission based relationships) or others that can trade on that information.

  • IssuWorks will advocate for you with book running managers based on the fact that you have a legitimate investment interest and represent a “good fit” for a particular company.

  • IssuWorks will accept your indications of interest. In the event of a future transaction or roadshow we will ensure you are contacted. The book runner, regardless of who that lead investment bank is, will be informed of your interest as will the corporate issuer.

Your company-to-investor matchmaker.

We use many of the same filters that institutional investors use. We understand that the vast majority of investors (including many portfolio managers at major institutions) won’t get called by Wall Street because they don’t generate enough commissions to merit an active “research sales” relationship or priority call. And let’s face it, institutional salesmen on Wall Street are commission-based relationship managers, not company-to-investor matchmakers. IssuWorks is that matchmaker. We work to give long-term, fundamentally-oriented institutional investors better access… when it matters.
